The Owners
Mitch and Ramona Erickson are small-town kids who came to the Twin Cities for college. They met at Northwestern College, and married a few years later. They have now been married for 19+ years and have two lovely dogs, Bug and Charlie.
Mitch was born in Mankato, and grew up in Little Falls. His parents were in the fuel oil business with Standard Oil, delivering bulk fuel to local farmers for over 30 years. Mitch loves people, sports and the outdoors. He has a passion for serving others and delivering first class customer service.
Ramona grew up on a Christmas tree farm near Alma Center, Wisconsin. Her parents had livestock for several years, but spent the majority of their years growing Christmas trees, corn and soybeans. Ramona enjoys hot tea, chocolate and spending quality time with family and good friends.
Prior to working in the home health industry, Mitch and Ramona both worked in education. Mitch coached high school wrestling and a host of intramural sports. Ramona taught Microsoft classes and business skills at a local business college.
In 2002, Mitch and Ramona entered the home health care industry. Mitch started as the Staffing Director at a small home health agency, and Ramona started in billing and payroll. Mitch continued on in managing caregivers and coordinating staff coverage for clients for the next 7 years. Ramona did billing and payroll for a few years, but then ventured out into a real estate career.
In late 2009, Mitch and Ramona started Provident Home Healthcare—an agency committed to excellence in serving both the client and the caregiver.
